Interior CPL (Astra) finishes provide a stunning look that last for years to come. With over 20 finishes available ranging from smooth painted looks to structured veneer looks the CPL (Astra) finishes available with our Standard Interior Door Collection allow for active households to stay active. These durable finishes are scratch and fade resistant allowing them to stay just as stunning as the day they were installed.

All interior doors supplied by Bartels are provided factory finished and ready for installation. Your door system will include concealed hinges, magnetic mortise and sound seal factory installed. No additional on-site finishing is required.

Your Bartels Doors project is supported by our in-house Project Management, CAD and Install team. You will receive CAD drawings for each opening for your review prior to production ensuring there are no surprises during install.

Standard Door Systems are available with visible hinges or with concealed hinges.

JAMB/CASING – DOOR FRAME

Rabbeted edge (“German Edge”)

The factory finish is the same furniture grade finish on CPL Laminate (Astra), wood veneer or lacquer interior door systems. This premium quality finish applied to the door leaf is continued to the frame and edge. With a rabbeted edge (“German Edge”) frame style, the door panel will overlap the casing 3/8″ on the “room” side of the door. This is the standard interior door style in Europe and provides both light and sound reduction benefits.

Non rabbeted (“Standard Edge”)

The factory finish is the same furniture grade finish on CPL Laminate (Astra), wood veneer or lacquer interior door systems. This premium quality finish applied to the door leaf is continued to the frame and edge. The non rabbeted (“Standard Edge”) frame style uses Tectus concealed hinges to provide an interior door panel that is flush with the casing (frame) on the “room side” of the door.

Glass Inserts

Interior doors with glass inserts add another element of style! Choose from classic clear or frosted glass or get creative with ceramic printed glass to add another design layer to your project.

Lines Plan is the design element that embedds accent lines into the face of your door panel. There are multiple line placement designs allowing you exaggerate or understate this design element as much as you want. The lines are also available in multiple finish options and can provide a unqiue modern look and truly custom feel.
